2027 Audi Q8 Trim Levels Explained
The 2027 Audi Q8 comes in three V6 trims — Premium, Premium Plus and Prestige — with the V8-powered SQ8 and RS Q8 performance above them. Every version has standard quattro all-wheel drive, and for 2027 the S line exterior and new 21-inch wheels are standard across the Q8 line. Here is what each step adds.
Q8 Premium — from $76,900
The starting point is anything but basic: a 335-hp 3.0L turbocharged V6 with mild-hybrid assist, an eight-speed automatic, quattro, a panoramic sunroof, leather seating, heated front seats and Audi’s MMI touch response dual-screen infotainment with the Audi virtual cockpit.
Q8 Premium Plus — from $82,100
Premium Plus adds the features you notice every day: Bang & Olufsen premium sound, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, four-zone automatic climate control and ambient interior lighting. For most Q8 shoppers, this is the sweet spot between equipment and price.
Q8 Prestige — from $87,500
Prestige tops the V6 lineup with a head-up display and OLED taillights, and opens up the most advanced lighting options, including available laser high beams.
SQ8 — starting just over $100,000
The SQ8 replaces the V6 with a 500-hp 4.0L twin-turbo V8 (568 lb-ft, 0–60 in 4.0 seconds). It is offered in Premium Plus and Prestige trims, and for 2027 adds available 23-inch black metallic wheels with the Black Optic package.
RS Q8 performance — from $139,700
The RS Q8 performance is a single, fully loaded trim with a 631-hp version of the twin-turbo V8 and a 3.4-second 0–60 time. New for 2027, dual-pane acoustic side glass is standard. Compare all three in our Q8 vs SQ8 vs RS Q8 guide.
